The First Three Months
I think Chris and I have officially got the hang of having a baby down...lol! It has been the most wonderful and exhausting three months of our lives! Jase has changed so much since he was born! It is so fun to look at pictures and see how much he has changed. Jase also started sleeping through the night at about 12 weeks! Hallealugh! Although there are still a couple of nights he throws us for a loop and will wake up around 4 a.m....I think its just to make sure we are doing our job! We also think his first tooth is starting to come in! There is nothing at the surface yet but he has had all the symptoms! He is such a happy baby and melts his momma's heart! He is laughing and cooing and will even try to imitate you.
Puppy Love
The puppies absolutely love Jase! He loves them as well...it has been so much fun to watch him observe them! They are very protective and Maggie especially! She does not like it when someone she is not sure about gets a little to close for comfort! She has never crossed the line but has given a warning to a couple of people that approached Jase! All of the dogs love to be in the same room as him ! I think we have another dog lover in the family....does he really have a choice!

God Is So Good
This is a little out of order but wanted to recap on our miracle story! Jase Reagan Stevens you are a gift from God ! It has been a long journey but you were worth every bit of it! Seven miscarriages and four years later God blessed us more than we could ever imagine! Your mommy and daddy are so in love with you! Our Little Miracle
I finally have started a blog! I have been meaning to for the past 4 months..oops! Life has been wonderful but a little busy the past couple of months with our new little guy! Nothing like starting something 4 months later than planned but here is a recap of what has been going on the past 4 months in the Stevens Family!
Jase Reagan Stevens was born on April 7, 2011.
6.4 lbs 19 1/2 inches long 11:49 p.m.
I checked in that morning at 5:00 a.m. to be induced and at 11:30 p.m. went in for an emergency c-section. I was in labor for 18 hours and Jase's heart rate began to drop after a very long day so Dr. Locke quickly made the decision to do a c-section. We were all joking that Jase wanted his birthday to be on April 8th instead April 7th since he was about 10 minutes shy of being born on April 8th.
